After picking up bow and arrows for the first time in 2017, Diya Siddique, an eighth-grade student from Nilphamari, entered a BKSP trial and hasn't looked back since. She becomes an Olympian in Tokyo in 2021, and she earned silver in the Archery World Cup this year, establishing history for Bangladesh. Diya believes that long-term success is achievable, but only if we are given a sufficient safety net in exchange for our effort and hard work. She believes that Bangladeshi women have a strong spirit that allows them to achieve anything. They are committed to doing their best for their nation, their families, and themselves.
