IXPE launched in the morning of 9th December 2021. Nasa launched it for the mission of X-ray Polarimetry Explorer. This is called IXPE for short.IXPE measure X-rays released by black holes and neutron stars. The spacecraft is the collaborative effort of Nasa and the Italian Space Agency, carries three telescopes. It can measure powerful magneticfields, collisions between objects, explosions, scorching temperatures and rapid rotations.It helps us to know more about the black holes and the state of the space.
