Masrur Ishraq cteated the Third Eye to assist blind and outwardly impaired students at the University of Chittagong. He has offered 400 outwardly debilitated students audiobooks, recorded lectures, and stenography during tests up to this time. He was inspired to start doing this after watching a student aimlessly hunting for transcribers before an exam. When he got to that phase, he was surprised to learn that his students had to find their own collaborators and transcribers. Following this experience, he created Third Eye, an organization that provides outwardly disadvantaged pupils with book recordings and transcribers. To establish the connection, he used internet-based tools such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and courier. At initially, many people responded to his messages, but only six people showed up for the first meeting. Nonetheless, the group has grown over time, and it now has 550 active members who are dispersed throughout five different locations. For his efforts, Masrur Ishraq received the Delight Bangla Youth Grant for Social Incorporation in 2021.
