Masrur Ishraq founded the Third Eye organization in 2019 to assist blind and outwardly hampered students at the University of Chittagong. His organization has aided more than 400 worldwide understudies with book recordings, address accounts, and transcription during exams up to this point. He was inspired to develop this connection after witnessing a visually challenged understudy hunting for transcribers during an exam. When he returned to the understudy after the test, he was taken aback to see that outwardly debilitated understudies had to find their own aides and transcribers. Following this experience, he decided to form the Third Eye organization to assist outwardly handicapped understudies with book recordings and transcribers. He made use of web-based applications such as Facebook and WhatsApp. To establish the connection, he used web-based tools such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and courier. Many people responded to his messages right quickly, but just six people showed up for the first event. In any event, the organization grew over time, and it now has a membership of 550 dynamic persons and has spread to north of five areas. Masrur Ishraq received the Joy Bangla Youth Award for social inclusion in 2021 for his efforts.
