Masrur Ishraq founded the online based organization Third Eye in 2019 to assist blind students at the University of Chittagong. His organization has so far assisted 400 students with audiobooks, lecture recording, and stenography during exams. After seeing a visually impaired student looking for a transcriber during a test, he was inspired to create this. When he returned to after the test, he was taken aback to learn that pupils who appeared to be weak required to find their own aides and transcribers. After that, he decided to create the Third Eye platform to help outwardly challenged kids using book recordings and transcribers. He used web-based platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and messengers, among others. Almost immediately, a large number of people expressed their dissatisfaction with the situation. In any event, the organization grew over time, and it now has a membership of 550 dynamic persons and has spread to north of five areas. Masrur Ishraq received the Joy Bangla Youth Award for social inclusion in 2021 for his efforts.
