In 2019 an online based organiztion named Third Eye was created by Masrur Ishraq to help blind students at the University of Chittagong. Up to this point, his association has helped 400 students with audiobooks, recording lectures, and stenography during exams. He was roused to make this after he saw a student who was visually impaired and looking for a transcriber during test. After the test, when he moved toward , he was stunned to realize that outwardly weakened students needed to track down their own assistants and transcribers. After that, he chose to make the platform called Third Eye to assist outwardly hindered students with book recordings and transcribers. He utilized web-based platform like Facebook, WhatsApp, messengers and so on. Right away, a many individuals answered to his messages, however at the primary gathering, just six individuals appeared. In any case, over the long run the association developed, and today the association has spread to north of five areas and has 550 dynamic individuals. For his work, Masrur Ishraq has won Joy Bangla Youth Award for social incorporation in 2021.
