A complete team performance for the Bangla Tigers. This is the first win for Bangladesh against the world test champion New Zealand on their soil. In this test NZ players have totally been outclassed by Team Tigers in every department. At first innings Bangladeshi bowlers bundled out Kewis in moderate total of 328. Also Bangladeshi openers made a fine start in first innings. Mahmudul Hasan Joy found his first test fifty and three middle order batsmen scored fifties too. Lower middle order also supported well & Bangladesh completed their 1st innings at 458/10 with a healthy lead of 130 runs. Second innings was all about Ebadot Hossain. He bowled his career best 6 for 46. And Taskin Ahmed played his supporting role very well to bowl out Kewis within a short total of 169. Bangladesh needed just 41 runs & chased it down by loosing only a couple of wicket. This is the famous victory for the team tigers & also broke the NZ's 17-match unbeaten streak of test at home soil.
