Diya Siddique, a stubborn archer from Nilphamari, Bangladesh has started her journey when she was an eighth grade student in 2017. Later on, she not only became an Olympian in 2021 in Tokyo but also secured her position in the Archery World Cup this year with a silver medal. This dauntless athlete, after her several contributions in the history of Bangladesh, shared her positive opinions about the participations and achievements of Bangladeshi women athletes in different events. She takes it as a positive sign in the sports world that is mostly dominated by the men. She also added that the girls of Bangladesh have unbounded sustainable possibilities if they are provided with proper safety net. Finally, in response to a question about the discrimination between the wages of men and women, she replied in the negative and said that according to her, the wages or payments depend on different agencies athletes play for. Also, it differs from rank to rank and their performance.
